a) Cavity and core steel: S136H stainless steel, tempered with HRC55+/-2
b) The plate of the mould: P20 with precision grinding machine with each plate
thickness
c) Tolerance 0.015mm for a plate size 500x500x400mm. With HRC32-35
d) Optimal cooling design and all the cooling system are Nickel plated.
e) All the components can be interchangeable which express the high-tech
f) Mirror hand polishing for the core and cavity
g) Adopted on the European valve gate and hot runner system and technology
