2) PET perform mould-B (the second grade):
a) Adjustable automatic-lock system
b) Cavity and core steel: 2316 stainless steel, tempered with HRC53+/-2
c) Mould base steel use: P20 with precision grinding machine with each plate
thickness tolerance 0.015mm for a plate, with HRC32-35
d) Optimal cooling design and all the cooling system are Nickel plated
e) Mirror hand polishing for the core and cavity
f) Can make Max. 48 cavities currently
g) Can guarantee for 1000,000 shot times running

3) PET perform mould-B (the third grade)
a) Cavity and core steel:P20 stainless steel, tempered with HRC32-38
b) Plate A and plate B steel: 45#stainless steel and Nickel plated.HRC27-28
c) Can guarantee for 1000,000 shot times running
